Bungie released new teaser describing details of Destiny 2 beta version

The developer will start the Destiny 2 beta test from July 18

Bungie has released a new teaser where he has described some of the details of the beta version of Destiny 2

 

Destiny 2 game developer Bungie has revealed new details about the upcoming beta version of the game and also a new teaser has been released for the same by the developer, describing some of the details. The beta version will start the test after two weeks.

Bungie has also confirmed the contents which will be available during the beta test. In the teaser, Bungie said that gamers will be given access to different parts of the game during the beta trials. Gamers will be allowed to play Inverted Spire Strike mission where they can join the Crucible competitive multiplayer. Add to that they can also play Homecoming, the game’s opening story mission which was already seen by fans at the recent E3 2017.

The Crucible competitive multiplayer in the Destiny 2 beta version will include two game modes – Countdown and Control. The countdown is an attack-and-defend asymmetric mode, whereas, Control is a classic domination-style mode. According to Bungie in these two game modes, players will be able to try three character subclasses in the game. The subclasses are – Dawnblade Warlock, Arcstrider Hunter and Sentinel Titan.

During the beta test, gamers will be given access to The Farm but only for one hour on July 23.

Bungie also clarified that some of the online services of the game will not be supported by the beta version. For example, the Clan feature will not be available; character progression will not be carried over during the beta test. And later characters will be erased prior to the game’s release.

 

The beta test will kickstart from July 18  and will end on July 23.
